Important Donation Etiquette & Dock Hours
Donation Intake Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Closed Sundays)
⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS OUTSIDE AFTER HOURS: Unattended donations placed outside outside of operating hours are exposed to rain, pests, and vandalism. Damaged items cost our charity significant disposal fees that take money away from helping families in need.
Where to Drop Off
Pull around to the Rear Loading Dock behind 108 SE 4th Street. Ring the bell at the dock doors and our volunteers will gladly unload your vehicle!

Large Furniture & Non-Working Major Appliances: Sofas, sectionals, mattresses, box springs, dressers, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.

Tube TVs & CRT Electronics: Older bulky televisions, heavy computer CRT monitors, or non-working electronics.

Child Safety Gear: Used car seats, baby cribs, strollers, or playpens (due to safety recall liabilities).

Hazardous & Building Materials: Paint, lawn chemicals, motor oil, batteries, tires, doors, sink fixtures, or lumber.

Damaged or Stained Goods: Items with heavy pet hair, mildew, tears, broken parts, or missing critical pieces.

Opened Personal Items: Used mattresses, opened toiletries, unsealed food items, or medical prescriptions.
